Mini arm workout…and some mom and me time


That picture shows my view for most of my workouts so far this week.  It’s kind nice biking since I can read Runner’s World, but I still miss running! I also did this arm workout I found on Pinterest.  I wish I would have had time to complete the cycle more than once, but alas that is all I had time for after the 45 minutes of cardio.  I think I will use heavier weights for the bicep curls next time too (I only used 5 lbs…but if you saw my arms you would understand…it’s like I don’t have biceps!).Arms workout


After work I’ll usually just head home, but since Andrew has class right after work on Wednesdays I’m on my own for dinner.  I needed to get a birthday present for one of our friend’s daughter’s first birthday, so I called my  Mom and asked if she wanted to meet for dinner and then do a little shopping.  My Mom is one of my favorite shopping buddies, so I’m really glad that she agreed.  We went to a local place to get a crab cake (Mom) and cream of crab soup in a bread bowl (me).

Our shopping trip was a success, so now all I need is a card and we will be good to go for this weekend!
